Job Description
- Liaising and networking with a range of clients in the medical field.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships: managing doctor enquires and following up with their requests;
- Reaching out to existing clients for relationship maintenance and new clients for client acquisition
- Assisting in managing & designing the SurgeMed digital marketing campaign for boosting BD results
- Assisting in creating shareable content appropriate for medical networks to spread both our brand and our content
- Maintaining and updating customer databases
- Conducting ongoing research within the aesthetic medicine area to further your industry knowledge and develop potential partnership acquisition
- Contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies
- Monitoring Competitor Activity
- Onsite sales assistant at the overseas/local training events
- Servicing customers in a professional, service-oriented manner during the execution of daily work and onsite at training courses
Job Requirements
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Achievement driven and a good team player
- Require to work during the weekend for the event dates
- Able to travel overseas for work
