Job Description

  • Supporting frontline counter duties
  • Preparing admin forms and blood tubes for health screening.
  • Assisting in the dispensing of medicine.
  • Answering general phone enquiries.
  • Scheduling of appointments.
  • Assisting medical professionals in clinic daily operations.
  • Cashier duties.
  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness.
  • Any other task as directed by the Clinic Operation Manager or Doctor.
  • Promote Tele-med/review platform and remote patient monitoring program
  • Other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirement

  • GCE O level & above.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of Medisave claimable is required.
  • Customer service experience will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Clinic Assist software would be an advantage.
  • Courteous and exhibit genuine concern for patients.
    Knowing Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  • 5.5 day work week.
