Insect Feed Technologies – Feed Nutrition Research Associate

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out nutrition research projects and feed trials with our partners at Temasek Polytechnic’s Aquaculture Innovation Centre. Trainees will conduct and assist in literature review, experimental design, statistical analysis of results, and report writing.

The Researcher would be involved in:

• Active participation in orientation on the farm's operational process flow
• Reviewing current literature on developing optimal black soldier fly feed
• Hypothesis, plan and conduct research experiments to validate literature findings, and develop know-how operationally to consistently attain expected results
• Plan and propose SOP to guide daily operations to attain expected results on a commercial scale Statistical analysis of experimental results 
• Perform and validate nutritional value of food waste, larvae and output products with accredited governing bodies
• Writing & presenting reports to summarise experimental findings
