What started out as a one-man team with a shared office space has now increased to an eleven man team, seven vehicles with our own office within a short span of 4 years. In 2017, with the need to expand further, we change our entity from Innovative Pest Management to Innovative Pest Pte. Ltd.

We were awarded Bizsafe 3 from Ministry of Manpower, BCA certified by Building and Construction Authority and has 1 million Public Liability Insurance. This has enabled us to manage bigger projects and still maintain our high standard.

We are very proud of our humble beginning and today we are partnering some of the established brands in Singapore. Brands such as Zouk Singapore, Tadcaster Hospitality Group, Create Restaurants Holding and Prima Deli. Educational Institutions such as Anglo Chinese School International ( Singapore ), Skool4kidz and Our Junior Schoolhouse and industrial company such as NMB Singapore. As of the end of 2017, we are servicing more than a thousand jobs each month. 

Job Description

We are looking for the right people to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Words

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented

  • Self- initiated and hardworking individual who is able to work in a team and independently in a dynamic environment with minimum supervision.

Job Scope:

  • Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our existing pool of customers (mainly to gather feedback, attend to customer queries & schedule appointments)

  • Maintain good rapport with both new and existing clientele.

  • Handling and planning of daily schedule for 10 Technicians..

  • Preparing of schedule letters to customer

  • Raising of credit notes for any miss services

  • Doing of posting and compilation of reports

  • Work closely with all departments in daily operation

  • Assist line manager in daily operation issues

  • Others ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leader/ Line manager
