HR Intern (4-month Convertible)
Work location: near Tanjong Pagar MRT
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Allowance: $900 - $1200 per month
●Assist with day to day operation of HR functions and duties
●Compile and update employee records and P-file
●Coordinate meetings and training
●Assist in payroll preparation
●Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
●Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
●Positive attitude and willingness to learn
●Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
●Diploma in Human Resource Management, entry level candidates from Polytechnic or related fields
●Able to work independently or as a team
●Able to commit for at least 4 months, preferably able to continue as permanent staff if performance is good
●Able to start within a short notice period
●Singaporean/SPR only
