IT Administrator - For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents Only
We are looking for an IT Administrator who brings fresh ideas from all areas. As an IT Administrator, you will work on specific projects critical to Incomlend's needs. We need you to be versatile, talented, self-directed and be enthusiastic to tackle new problems.
Responsibilities:
* Serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance.
* Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
* Managing and monitoring IT cloud systems.
* Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-techniques audiences, verbally and in writing.
* Providing status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
* Working independently when required.
Experience:
* Required Language: English
* Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
* Experience with financial environment and wording is a plus.
