We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive that would be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and operations functions of the company. If you tick all the above boxes, we want you!
The main role of an Admin will be assisting on incoming inquiries via emails, live chat, messages and calls.

Responsibilities:
Answer client inquiries via email, live chat, messages and calls
Update company CRM system
Data compilation
Support account managers from the different departments
Uploading content onto various CMS platforms
Uploading content onto various social media platforms
Basic administrative work
Requirements:
STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
