Job Description

Full / Part-time Host / Hostess (Izakaya Sake Bar Concept)


Description:
- Greet incoming & departing Guests warmly with a smile & eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus.
- Manage & monitor the restaurant activity to determine the seating & dining flow of Guests in the Dining and Bar areas
- Provide recommendations for our menus/seasonal menus/current promotion food & beverages.
- Responds to dine-in guests’ inquiries & requests in a timely, friendly & efficient manner.
- Adhering to sanitation, safety & alcohol control policies.
- Prepare order bills, receive payment, change orders, and perform opening & closing duties.
- Prepare for delivery orders & ensure orders are correctly given out to drivers.
- Manage incoming messages/calls for reservations or inquiries.
- Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
- Helps the Service & Kitchen teams to maintain positive working relationships wherever necessary.

Salary Package:
We offer competitive compensation & benefits packages for full-time employment.

Working Hours: (Full-time)
5.5 days work week
From 1600h to 2230h (Monday)
From 1100h to 2230h (Tuesday to Thursday)
From 1100h to 0000h (Friday to Saturday)
Fixed Sunday off (except 3rd Week Sunday)
Break time: 2 hours - to 2.5 hours

Part-time Service Crew (With or Without Experience)
- Monday to Saturday hourly rate from $10/- to $12/-
- PH hourly rate is doubled (fr $20/- to $24/-)
- Hourly rate will be based on experience
- Able to commit at least 3 months or longer
- Able to commit at least 3 days per week (Including Saturday)
- Students are most welcome (Passed 18 years old)
