Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage the company's supply of products and services. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Specialist's duty is to discover the best ways to cut production and logistics expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.


  • Source for production local and overseas vendors (i.e. manufacturers, printers, etc.)
  • Liaise with local and overseas vendors on production projects to ensure qualities and requirements are met
  • Packing of materials to send to manufacturers for production
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time
  • Expediting materials from suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and logistics
  • Sourcing for freight forwarders and comparing quotations
  • Liaise with Accounts Department on payment matters
  • Fulfilment of e-commerce orders
  • Packing and transfer of stocks to respective outlets when required
  • Provide overall support to business
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned


  • At least pursuing a Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin as need to liaise with overseas suppliers in China
  • Possess good communication and negotiation skills
