We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist with strong content creation skills and a relevant portfolio demonstrating their passion for social media and the skincare industry. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Social Media Specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Building social networking content designs that are in line with the company’s brand identity.
- Producing constant, significant information on almost all social networking platforms, which includes writing as well as editing social networking posts, improving consumer engagement, and promoting social networking campaigns.
- Managing a top volume of regular social media posts.
- Talking with social media followers, such as responding to queries in a prompt manner.
- Managing and developing social influencer plans and attending social influencer functions.
- Sourcing and negotiating with external sponsors for giveaway campaigns.
- Making use of analytical instruments like Google Analytics, Later, along with Instagram/Facebook Insights to observe and assess the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Hosting Facebook/IG/Tiktok Live shows.
- Cooking monthly reports on social internet marketing efforts.
- Suggesting recommendations to set the social internet marketing strategy for optimum results.
- Being updated on best practices and emerging trends in social networking.
- Performing different duties if needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Great people skills in handling human relationships
- Familiarity with beauty trends and skincare ingredients
- Good taste and a sense of aesthetics to understand the core brand identity and replicate it across channels
