What you will do:
- Download and save bank advices for record;
- Print and file the payment vouchers & supporting invoices for 2021;
- File 2021 bank statements;
- Label fixed assets and arrange laptops repair;
- Create a fixed asset listing according to information collected from the team;
- Create a purchased software listing;
- Renew Starhub contract with phone purchase;
- Record some transactions in Xero;
- Assist with audit matters;
- Any ad hoc finance or administrative tasks
