Job Description

Main purpose:

We are looking for a creative innovator, strategic thinker and event evangelist who is passionate about building brand advocacy and meaningful engagements. You are genuinely excited by the power of people contact and the opportunity to build IDEA’s business units and our clients’ brand through differentiated and inspiring webinar event concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving profitable Brands growth via scoping out the opportunities, concept development & testing, curating programs and topics, campaigns digital contents.

This role will collaborate with social media and PR colleagues to build an aligned marketing strategy, and develops customer-centric campaigns which demonstrate influence and create opportunities for business growth. An innate client-centric mindset and ability to influence and build consensus on how to develop, evaluate, strategize, and put into operation the plans and measures needed to deliver revenue growth for the business. Additionally, the incumbent is expected to have a close pulse on webinar trends, competitive activity, category developments and sales information.

Accountabilities:

  • Build a corporate event calendar by working with VC, media associations, journalists, tech startup incubators and clients’ marcom team
  • Drive brand Net Revenue and occupancy of mind growth via top-standard delivery of equity and comms plans
  • Support Managing Director by implementing webinar marketing strategy, increase engagement with corporate C suits, prospects and media partners.
  • Lead the stakeholder outreach email pitching, stakeholder management of the event development in line with the brand comms strategy
  • Work with digital content manager and social media specialist to curate newsletter and event contents.
  • Execute webinar through using zooming, coordinate schedule of the speakers, pre and post event engagement and survey creations to enable conversion
  • Prepare script for the webinar, work with the graphic designer and content manager to design flyers/ quote graphics and knowledge sliders, for social media publishing use
  • Monitor the feedbacks, data and traffic growth across all digital channels (website, social media) to increase the efficacy of the webinar/ podcasts.

Requirements:

  • University graduate from mass media/ business admin/ social science/ psychology / literature majors,
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organization and presentation skills.
  • Strong business mindset.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, especially working in matrix organization
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong consumer & creative marketing background with strategic thinking and insight orientation
  • Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence
  • Creative, able to bring different dynamics to team
