Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support & assist in the recruitment process. This includes online job posting, screening resumes, sourcing, interview arrangement, on-boarding and off-boarding etc.
  • Assist in appraisal preparation and follow up accordingly.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to HR Department.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.


Requirements and skills

  • Able to commit at least 3 months.
  • Working hour from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience preferred, training will be provided.
  • Good attitude, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Initiative, responsible and well organised.
  • Able to start work immediately.
