I-Estate Client Service – Digital Marketing Executive

The Design & Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating all digital and physical collaterals that enhance the company’s core business. This involves the creation of posters, brochures, EDMs, online tutorial videos, copywriting, and additional ad-hoc tasks.

Working Hours: (Full-time) Monday to Friday ONLY, 9am to 6pm

Some job duties include:

Take charge of all social media accounts

Designing of posters, online artworks, physical collaterals (brochures, folders)

Content creation and scheduling for Facebook and Mailchimp (with minimal guidance)

Writing long and short copies for Facebook and EDMs, writing scripts, drafting email templates to engage potential clients

In-charge of all online campaigns

In-charge of online ads and analyze ads results to generate effective campaign results

Liaising with vendors (printing companies, talent) to ensure smooth production and delivery of marketing materials

Taking design briefs and delivering them within a short period of time

Reliable and flexible with a willingness to help out with ad-hoc projects as the company expands

Handle all online and offline marketing projects

Requirements:

• Candidates must have prior experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, minor print production, copywriting, managing Facebook business accounts, and Mailchimp EDM design. Experience with AdSense, SEO/SEM, and other marketing softwares will be an advantage. Kindly include in your application your portfolio in PDF or web format.
