We are a Craft Beer Restaurant located in Tanjong Pagar, and the founders are all local entrepreneurs. We are seeking for interns who are keen to learn more about running an F&B business, and to gain experiences directly from the founders themselves.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be competent in service and kitchen duties, providing good service and priority to all guests
- Duty roster planning, handle customer feedback, training of staff
- To learn how to manage during floor service
- Manage labour cost, inventory, wastage, product yields
- Maintain critical standards of service staff by coming up with SOP: punctuality, service speed and quality, cleanliness
- Follow up on procedures that support marketing promotions
- Suggestion and implementation of new items for the restaurant’s front of house menu (drinks, pastry, cakes)
- Perform all ad-hoc duties as required by Manager
