- Welcome guests when they arrive at hotel
- Provide assistance or information to guests who require certain requirements and wishes
- Provide guests with personalised solutions by suggesting facilities and activities provided by the hotel
- Gain extensive in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s facilities, nearby venues and attractions in Singapore to provide the most appropriate recommendations
- Arrange, transportation, events, excursions according to hotel guests
- Provide bell assistance if required such as ensuring collection and delivery of guest luggage in an timely and efficient manner.
- Tag luggage and return the identification tags to guests
