Work with Management Team and the Finance Manager to provide timely accounting information.
Prepare full set accounting for subsidiaries & monthly reporting
Perform internet banking & monthly bank reconciliation
GST filing · Coordinate with various parties on payment status · Prepare Accounts Payable aging & periodic reconciliation of vendors statement of accounts · Handle petty cash payment · Assets management · Assist in month end closing · Assist in year end audit & preparing of audit schedules · Perform any other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer/Senior Management
Job location in Raffles Place and Bukit Timah as required.
Five day work week, 9am to 5pm, with flexibility.
