Description
Homage is looking for an Expansion intern strongly aligned with its mission to transform the way people access and get personal care. You will be responsible for driving the execution and strategic research of international expansion, with the goal of successfully launching Homage in multiple new markets and very importantly set them up for scale.
Responsibilities
- Support the launch of Homage in Japan and set the business up for scale
- GTM strategy: Support research and develop an understanding of the differentiated value proposition of Homage’s services in the context of potential markets, including but not limited to addressable size, readiness and competitiveness landscape
- Support operations: Support prelaunch and launch execution including product localization, remote screening of Care Professionals, user/customer interviews as well as business operations setup procedures

- Excellent written and verbal skills in English, strong proficiency in Japanese, comfortable communicating in Japanese in a business and professional context
- A passion for caregiving while leading with empathy, integrity and trustworthiness is a plus.
- Experience and understanding of the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
