Homage Co – Business Development & Marketing Internship

ROLE DESCRIPTION 

The Marketing Intern must be an energetic and resourceful self-starter who can quickly grasp Homage’s vision. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Familiarise yourself with Homage’s services, target audience and competitors’ activities

• Create and implement copy on digital platforms - web/CMS, email, ads (Facebook, Google)

• Design web landing page, ads (Facebook, Google),

• Design brochures and creatives for various campaigns and promotions

• Amend, revise or redevelop copy in consideration of brand guidelines, best practices and team feedback

• A/B test copy/design permutations for performance optimisation

• Work with the team to develop content for the EDM’s and promotions 

• Work with the team on projects through the conceptualisation stage to completion

• Support any ad-hoc project tasks as assigned

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

• Strong design skills

• Passion for all things about Homage. You’re driven by our core mission and motivated by the impact of our services and platform

• Entrepreneurial discipline to take initiative, be creative, maintain high activity volumes, and be accountable to goals and quotas

• Successful track record working in a team environment

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities efficiently, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment – Start-up experience a plus

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity

• Can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for new products and solutions
