Job Description
Retail Assistant
- Collect shoes from walk-in customer for cleaning.
- Check shoes for damages and faults before sending to factory for cleaning
- Recommend the appropriate services for different shoe cleaning condition
- Contact customer for collection of shoes after cleaning
- Assist in the packing and unpacking of shoes, maintain neat and systematic storing of shoes.
- Providing prompt, helpful and courteous service to customers at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and complains (if any)
- Responsible for operating the POS cash register, handle various types of payments and perform banking duties
- Perform daily housekeeping to ensure a clean working environment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have experience working in retail or shopping mall environment
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Service-oriented and punctual
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location : Orchard Road (near Orchard MRT Station)
- Working days : 6 days work week
- Working hours: 11am to 8pm
- Salary : From $1,450 - $1600 + Commission
- Language: English
