Job Summary
We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Intern to join our team. You will be working with a cross-functional and highly capable team to work on our product and projects. You will be reporting directly to and assisting our Product Designer in user research and user interface design. You will be participating in the Design Thinking Workshops and acting as an observer in Usability Testing.
The individuals we are looking for must have a strong foundation in user interface design disciplines and have the ability to do lightweight user research to deliver aesthetic simplicity and functional design.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in Usability Testing as observer and documenting the test findings
- Participating and assisting in Design Thinking Workshop
- Translating the user stories into a functional design
- Conducting lightweight user research such as Competitor Analysis
- Produce a sketch, wireframe, sitemaps and high fidelity prototype
- Assist in maintaining Design System
- Reporting directly and assisting our Product Designer
- Other ad-hoc duties, if necessary
Requirement:
- Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is compulsory
- A good communicator and good collaboration skills
- Learner mindset and ownership mindset is a must
- Independent and a good team-player
