Job Description

Job Summary

HipVan is seeking an experienced HR Executive to bring in talents for our growing team and also creating a fun filled environment for everyone! You will be playing a part in talent acquisition and making sure all administrative procedures required are in place. You will be responsible for searching for the best talents suited for the company, administrative support for both the employees and company.


Job Description

  • Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process (including placement of job advertisements, interview arrangements etc.)
  • Handle administrative matters pertaining to staff employment and maintain employee records in payroll systems
  • Manage employee life-cycle, including on-boarding (pre-employment checks, employment contract, staff orientation) and off-boarding process
  • Implement and organizing team events and enhancing organizational performance by building workplace relationships
  • Keep abreast of all legal and statutory requirements and ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in a similar role
  • Must speak, write, and fully understand both English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates
  • Proficient in MS-Office and G-Suite applications. Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities successfully
  • Experienced in working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments
  • Well versed with Employment Act, statutory guidelines and HR related policies with accordance to MOM
  • Highly organized and motivated, a team player and fast learner
