Job Description

Job Description

  • It’s a full-time job that needs 40 hours in the office per week and at least 5-6 months of commitment. 

  • Support sales team to general leads through research and cold emails (cold calling where necessary)

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web) as well as monitoring social media campaign and social postings

  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

  • Help to attend marketing and networking events.

Job Requirements

  • Good understanding of different Sales & marketing techniques that could be implemented for a boutique software design company like Hipster Pte Ltd.

  • Send out introductory cold emails to prospective clients to enquire on IT support we can offer.

  • Browse different job boards to find a relevant match for Software development services and connect with them using cold call or emails. 

  • Excellent in Storytelling in business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of Google docs and Google spreadsheets 

  • Familiarity with Selling computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords)

  • Passion for the marketing & sales industry and its best practices

  • Current enrollment in a related diploma or bachelor degree. 

  • Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives.

  • Able to solve problems and manage ambiguity by use of common sense and basic business acumen.

  • Excellent project management skills. Able to sense issue criticality and escalate them to garner urgency in the team.

  • Ability to work in an independent, fast-paced, startup environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity
