Internship - Design
Hill+Knowlton Strategies is seeking a passionate and independent Creative to join our 6 months internship programme.
The Intern will gain hands-on experience and first-hand insights into the field of design and day-to-day functions of an Integrated PR agency. This role is based in our Singapore office and reports directly to the Director, Integrated Communications.
You'll get the chance to create, design, and develop digital assets to support campaigns including, social media content, web banners, pitch decks, email blasts, microsites, landing pages, brochures, animations, short form video content, online advertising, etc.
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Design intern to be a part of our team and to provide support with anything that requires design and creativity!
As a Design intern, you will develop and execute ideas that captivate key audiences. Your responsibilities include designing for multiple mediums (digital, print, interactive design, PowerPoint presentations),
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Meet creative brief requirements and complete deliverables in line with project schedule and deadlines.
- Ideate and present design concepts and finalised ideas at internal meetings.
- Conceptualize, design, and deliver a range of digital deliverables ranging from social media content, PowerPoint slides, eDMs, standard and Rich Media digital display banners to .com platforms and campaign microsites.
- Work with the project team to fulfil client and production needs.
- Develop creative solutions based on project brief and target audience, and be a team player who cooperates well with other team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Art/Design related discipline
- Previous Design or Creative internship would be advantageous
- Flair for design conceptualisation, creativity, typography and design aesthetics
- Comprehensive Mac & PC skills - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Good communication skills, ability to articulate and express creative ideas fluently
- A resident in Singapore and authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship
- Able to commit full time and a minimum of 6 months
