Job Description

About the role:

Hiip is the leading Influencer Marketing agency in Southeast Asia. Currently expanding its footprint to Singapore, and the rest of the SEA region. With this expansion, we are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team. 

 

The Business Administrator ensures employees have the proper support to work efficiently. Day-to-day job typically revolves around various clerical tasks, including bookkeeping, organizing files. In addition, this role will require coordinating calendars. Administrators are often the first person internal employees and visitors meet, so he / she must be able to perform many basic customer service tasks. This role supports the CEO and the rest of the leaders, driving the company culture as a Team. 

 

This is a Hybrid (In office/remote) role. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business and Operations team in meeting targets by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist on daily business tasks including but not limited to office administrations.

  • Prepare and cross-checking relevant documents.

  • Assist and follow up matters between internal and external.

  • Attend to other sales or operations processing matters and coordination matters, as and when required.

  • Handle general office administration

  • Updating of office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and office data

  • Supporting hr, bookkeeping and budgeting services

  • Reports and supports the CEO for overall organisation and supports the Chief Business Officer on operational matters.

  • Ensuring availability to help colleagues and employees where necessary

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Organisational skills to assist multiple employees at one time with various tasks

  • Communication skills, like having a pleasant demeanour and the ability to work with various types of personalities within an office setting

  • Attention to detail to submit work or send communications without error

  • Adaptability and flexibility to adjust priorities for whatever task is most important at any given time

  • Ability to handle sensitive information 

  • Leadership skills to take control of a situation and make quick decisions when necessary

  • Experience working in an accounting or finance department will be an added advantage

  • Ability to work independently
