Personal Assistant (Marketing & Operations)
No experience needed!
Training will be provided.
5.5 days Work Week
Mon-Fri (9am-5.30pm)
Sat (9am-12.30pm)
Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the manager. In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and manager. Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events. Manage virtual platforms and social media account if required. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline (Freshers are welcome)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains confidentiality and possess a sense of urgency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
