Duration
Digital Marketing Analyst LOA Internship 2021 (August – December 2021), with the potential of conversion.
Candidates will be given a stipend, meal allowances as well as transport allowance when required.

Job Description


  • Support the investor relations/sales and marketing team across all initiatives aimed at identifying and bringing in new potential investors as well as maintaining good relationships with existing investors. These initiatives include:
  • Producing digital communication (content drafting, editing and graphical design) and marketing materials including presentations, email campaigns, newsletters, videos, and other communiques with investors and partners.
  • Managing the corporate CRM software tool, to ensure all entries in the database are up to date and properly categorized.
  • Setting up meetings with new and existing investors and following up on next steps, responding to investor queries, and assisting with investor onboarding.
  • Organizing investor events (webinars, small meetings) and undertaking pre and post-event marketing (designing event flyer, lining up speakers, deciding on target guest list, setting up webinars, post-event writeup and video editing)
  • Keeping the company’s social media profiles up to date with quality content (news, events, photos, infographics, etc)
  • Producing thoughts pieces and other educational content. This includes undertaking research and analysis as needed, particularly on alternative lending, FinTech, venture capital, impact investing and other related themes, while ensuring the highest quality of research and authorship.
  • Managing the investor relations/ sales and marketing calendar and ensure it is up to date with both completed projects and upcoming initiatives.

Skill Sets & Requirements:

  • Excellent writer in both a business and academic context (test will be administered to short-listed candidates). 
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Premier Pro/Wordpress/ video editing software/ social media (LinkedIn primarily). A portfolio with prior works is a plus. 
  • Keen attention to detail and a belief that best efforts should be exhausted before any marketing or communication piece is sent out. 
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial and enjoys a startup culture. 
  • Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn, especially new software and digital tools. 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Degree in Business/Mass Communications/Social Sciences.
  • Willing to work through long hours and late nights when necessary, especially during peak seasons and deal closure periods.
