Haulio Pte Ltd – Junior Community Operations

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts for import and export container operations
• Coordinate trucking activities with partners
• Organise and report costing and charges to accounts team
• Resolve technical issues with various stakeholders
• Manage operations using our software platform
• Consult and advise customers on operational process

Requirements

• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Basic reporting on the progress of jobs
• Able to converse and write in professional English
• Able to work independently and in teams
• In depth understanding of container trucking industry in Singapore.
• In depth knowledge of Import and Export process at Port and Depot for FCL cargo.
• Understand customs permit declaration process.
• Understand Operational process for DG Class Cargo, Out of Gauge Cargo etc
• Use of various systems such as Portnet, Microsoft Teams and Haulio Platform.
• Customer Management and Interpersonal Skills
