Responsibilities:
- Report to Business Intelligence Executive
- Perform data analysis and develop reports and dashboards for other department
- Assist with maintaining information database (customer and competitor information, product classification, etc.
- Analyse internal processes to propose plans for process streamlining and productivity improvement
- Analyse market and product pricing and devise suitable pricing strateges
Desired skills and requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies, Computer science or related discipline
- Must be very familiar with Excel
- Must work well with other people
- Must be a self-starter and responsible with work and deadlines
- Must be able to pick up concepts quickly
Additional Information
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI) is a plus
- Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, salesforce)
