Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing
- Assist in accounts receivables and payables functions
- Follow up payment from customers and process receipts in the system
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Billing and monitor invoices to the customer
- Preparation of balance sheet schedules
- Process directors and staff claims
- Posting of invoices and payment arrangements to suppliers
- Other Ad-hoc Accounts/ Admin duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Resourceful, organized, meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, able to multi-task and work under tight timelines and pressure
Additional Info:
- Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)
- Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.30pm, Alternate Saturdays 8.30am – 2.30pm
Salary $2500 -$2800
