Duties
- Drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents such as investment agreements with portfolio companies, shareholders’ agreements, and board resolutions.
- Assist in general administration of the company, including events, networking, and meetings with founders, financial institutions, and fintechs.
- Apps and platforms used: Trello, Google Drive, Gmail, Slack

Remuneration
$1000 monthly (for 20 days/month or 5 days a week, full time)
Flexibility to accommodate legal examinations and/or other personal schedules
Depending on the circumstances, remuneration for the number of days’ work can be pro-rated accordingly in accordance to the candidate’s requests for time-off, including legal examinations
