We are looking for a dynamic Finance cum Administrative Associate to join our Company. In

this role, you will be closely working with the Finance Team to perform transactional entries,

collaboration with interdepartmental on projects assigned, fact-checking, filing and other

duties, as required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in fund-raising preparation, including forecast modelling, and collating relevant information.
• Assist in the creation of data room, and facilitation of engagement with the Company and the Financial Advisor.
• Providing support to the Finance department in all accounting related areas, eg. Corporate tax, GST submission, statutory audit etc.
• Performing daily financial tasks, such as filing, data entry, bookkeeping, and etc.
• Processing work orders, supplier invoices, purchase orders, and etc.
• Any other add-hoc assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

• Possess at least Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field or entry-level professional are welcome.
• Related working experience in food-manufacturing related industry will be good to have but not necessary.
• Excellent oral and written communication skill.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Have analytical skills and eye for detail.
• Possess positive work attitude and a good team player.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Possess sound working knowledge of accounting software, i.e. Navision and Advance Excel will be of added advantage.
