Group 8 Holdings Pte Ltd – Accounts Executive

The Accounting Intern will get to learn the accounting and tax functions in the hospitality industry.

• Organizing business source documents for various entities in the group.
• Recording business transactions from clients’ records to online accounting software in Quickbooks Online.
• Maintain Petty cash Payments.
• Ensure accuracy in all documents and entries.
• Prepare GST returns.
• Maintaining full set of accounts with supporting schedules.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

Candidates 

• Possess basic knowledge in accounting.
• Minimum GCE O/A Level or Nitec Certificate.
• Fresh Grads or currently pursing part-time or full-time studies can apply.
• Handling of sensitive or confidential client’s information with honesty and integrity.
• Experience with online accounting software Quickbooks Online is highly recommended.
• Meticulous, keen eye for details and able to multi-task to meet various deadlines. Hardworking, willing to learn with a strong sense of task ownership.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to start work immediately or in short notice will be preferred.
