Job Description

We are seeking for a Human Resource Intern who is passionate in people matters, possesses a positive 'can-do' attitude and an outgoing and collaborative personality. This person should be versatile, able to work on assignments independently as well as be a good team player.

The successful candidate is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department on HR recruitment and reporting and drive HR projects with the aim to improve effectiveness and efficiency. 

Key responsibilities

  • Support on recruitment activities - this includes sourcing, screening, assessing candidates' suitability and interview coordination with hiring managers
  • Responsible for collating, reviewing and reconcilation of regional HR reports/ data according to established timelines, standards, and procedures
  • Assist with the consolidation of monthly payrol reports for month-end reconciliation
  • Training coordination - support to faciliate training activities, involve in design and develop of training program with designated training vendor
  • Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondences, reporting requirements and documentation
  • Maintain and keep track of the new and existing employees’ personal files
  • Participate in HR Improvement Projects
  • Organize company events/ engagement activities
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must be adept at problem-solving; able to work well independently and in a team
  • Able to commit a min of 3 - 6 months
