Establish on 2007, we'd been involved in promotional function in most companies dominated by mass media advertising - mainly digital, print, branding. Our consultants are GAP (Google Advertising Professional) and we focus mainly on Search Engine Marketing and Social Media Marketing. We had managed digital campaigns locally, Asia Pacific and worldwide.
After developing a successful stream of clientele, we venture into organization development consultancy. Our scope of work ranges from development, implementation, planning, training and mentoring as well as workplace flexibility and redesign using psychometric. We are a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) pre-approved Work-Life Training organization and WorkPro consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy/framework for organization’s activities across different verticals
- Work closely with delivery/functions in ensuring successful execution of projects
- Review and improve HR Information system and processes
- Manage full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, welfare activities advisory
- Manage project and other workloads to meet timescales, budgets and deliverables. Acquire and manages budgets and other resources effectively.
- Working with senior managers / clients, coaching them and advising on all people issues.
- Prepare employment letter, policies, employee handbook etc.
- Roll out HR year end processes such as performance appraisal, salary review and performance bonus payment
- Manage employee relations, counselling and grievances
- Provide HR analysis and reporting
- Performance management advisory pon coaching managers on performance management issues and processes.
- Training and development advisory on implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
- Administer training grants and consultancy for all government-funded programmes
- Policy and procedures implementation of new or revised HR policies, procedures and processes and ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
Requirements:
- Degree in HRM or its equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as HR generalist
- Familiar with HR softwares will be an added advantage
- Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
- An in-depth understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practise
- Excellent cross-cultural and cross-functional management skills in a matrix organisation
- Proven leadership qualities, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and people oriented
- Able to work independently on assigned projects.
- For HR Manager position at least 2 years’ supervisory experience, with strong leadership & creativity to analyse issues and develop solutions
- Conversant with Labour Legislation and Human Resource industry practice
