Recruitment
a) To prepare onboarding & offboarding documentations.
b) To conduct new hire orientation on their first day
Personal Administration
a) To set-up, maintain and update team member records, including personal files. (Proper filing system)
b) To administer team members claims, such as Dental, medical claims.
Learning and Development
a) Schedule team members for training under Singapore Institute of Hospitality.
b) Prepare registration documents of team member trainings.
c) Follow up closely with department on their training requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Organized and meticulous in documentation
- Sensitive & discreet in dealing with personal & confidential matters
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior Hotel HR experience will be advantageous
- Work location will be rotated between Grand Park Orchard & Park Hotel Clarke Quay
