Job Description

In our bid to create an amazing and growing team that continues to disrupt the enterprise business software, our team is looking to hire an individual that focuses on our people. This person will be involved in the recruitment, training, and events within Gracet.ai as the team continues to find more people who will be a part of our journey.

We are looking for a People Ops Intern who is excited to uncover hidden gems in the piles of resumes and candidates that walk through our doors. You will also be the go-to person to create an awesome work culture and environment for our diverse team of people, helping to create a great working environment for everyone.

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the whole suite of the talent acquisition process, from sourcing of candidates (through the job posting, scouting), managing applications/correspondences, scheduling interviews, and candidate screening and tracking.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for our new hire and alumni so that people can reach their maximum productivity at work
  • Ensure employee engagement is high at all times and assist in developing an employee benefits scheme
  • Be part of the communications team and host own event operations (e.g. Townhall, Team bonding activities) that helps bring all of us closer together
  • Compiling and updating our HR Wiki

What you are/have/will be:

  • Excited to learn about general Human Resource matters, especially about talent acquisition and development
  • Thrives as a ‘go-to’ person for People Ops and office matters
  • Iteratively improve on processes
  • Willing to commit at least 6 months
