The 2 Parc Sovereign hotels will be rebranded to Mercure and ibis Styles in the future.

Job Details (Here’s what you can expect!)

  • You get to work in the Headquarters overseeing 23 hotels in Singapore
  • 5 days’ work week
  • Attractive incentive and bonus

 

  • Answer telephone enquiries pertaining to reservation of hotel's rooms, room rates, etc.
  • Check internal system and manage payment
  • Process reservations into the hotel system
  • Reply with confirmation of bookings via emails and extranet
  • Manage reservation requests and reservation operations
  • Manage room inventory
  • Create sales opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
  • Knowledge in Property Management System will be an advantage
  • Passionate in delivering excellent guest service and possess strong communication and administration skills.
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays in an office environment
