Job Description
  1. Meeting with clients to discuss security issues
  2. Conduct Monthly Ops Meetings with Clients
  3. Respond to client enquiries
  4. Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day to day operations / allocated contract sites and staff by providing the highest quality, compliant and professional security service to its customers
  5. Deployment planning and rostering of security personnel
  6. Overall in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel to the allocated sites
  7. Provide support for Operations Managers, Site Security Supervisors & assist in handling complaints or operational issues.
  8. Responding to emergencies and urgent duties 24/7.
  9. Putting up and submitting various reports using Microsoft Office/Google and in-house software.
  10. Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments
  11. Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare to conduct AAR of the incident.
  12. Conduct OJT training for new hires
  13. Reviewing worksite SOP to ensure it remains relevant with the current operations.
  14. Handle workplace investigation, grievance, and discipline
  15. Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with Company, PLRD & PWM requirements.
  16. Plan and conduct periodic exercises to ensure the vigilance of security personnel
  17. Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel
  18. Manage and review security procedures
  19. Any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager / Director
