Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees event on-site task as the key coordinator and contact person with client and (any) vendor involved as part of the event organisation process.
  2. Carry out site pre-event set-up and site post-event reinstatement to prepare for handover of event space.
  3. Works closely with other departments and vendors to ensure operational fulfilment and also keeping internal stakeholders informed and updated.
  4. Supports the Concierge team to assist in Member's queries, tasks and requirements.
  5. Organises and supports Member activities to foster a connected community within the shared space.

Requisites:

  1. Pleasant disposition, responsible and 'can do' attitude
  2. Able to work in a flexible workweek, including weekends and evenings.
  3. Team player
  4. Excellent in multi-tasking and working under pressure
  5. Able to actively troubleshoots and resolves issues
