What you'll do:
Educating clients on business impact through mobile micro-learning and helping them to use Gnowbe to drive behavior change in the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise success indicators aligned with clients' business goals and partner with clients to execute a successful roadmap.
Study learner behavior patterns and suggest and execute creative solutions to drive adoption.
Analyze client's usage data and prepare data-backed business impact presentations.
Create a delightful client experience by coming up with agile and creative solutions through cross-functional synergizing with various internal teams.
Become a credible resource to develop trusted relationships with administrators and decision-makers.
Maintain up to date and extensive knowledge on all company's product offerings through participation in product demonstrations, meetings, events, and marketing materials. Learn to effectively communicate Gnowbe's value propositions to key decision-makers.
Stay current on industry trends and maintain extensive knowledge or competitor's product offerings.
Maintain strong relationships with marketing and sales teams through clear communication and by following up with them.
Participate in projects as needed to support Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Represent Gnowbe at conferences, events, and other community engagement opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for people who are passionate about learning and the maximization of human potential. We are a values-based organization so alignment with our vision, mission, and values is a must-have. We care just as much about what's on the inside as we do about what's on the outside.
The final year of Polytechnic or 2nd year of University onwards
Must be excellent & fluent in writing and speaking in English and in translating other multiple languages eg. Korean, Chinese, and Spanish will be an advantage.

Energized by communicating and working cross-functionally with multicultural teams
Short-term Internship @ 3 - 6 months commitment minimum 3 months no less
To qualify for conversion to full-time staff will require a minimum of 6 months to 12 months period of Internship/Trainee (Do indicate in your correspondence if you wish to be considered for this role)
