What You’ll Do as our Gnowbean Intern
Responsibilities & Teams which you may be assigned depending on your interest, skills, suitability, level of software savvy, and comfort level with handling data.
Product
- User research for what features/improvements our actual customers would pay for (to advise product roadmap)
- User research for what motivates our creators (to understand the psychology and motivations of creators who are free and paid)
- User research on new features that we're working on (UI/UX testing for redesigned sandbox experience and other UI changes)
Creator Growth - Sales / BD
- Sales lead generation for trainers, L&D professionals and understanding motivations/psych to best market and reach them
Creator Growth - Marketing
- To help grow # creatorsDevelop social media posts/content
- Drive higher engagement and build creator communities
Creator Engagement
- Help existing creators engage with products more and be advocates
- Creation of training videos for trainers on tech + instructional design
- MID and Facebook Community to help make processes smoother and better understand user behavior as it relates to engagement, growth, and retention
About you
- Must demonstrate a general understanding of social media channels and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience is a plus.
- Must write and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to research and analyze audience preferences and stay up-to-date with current trends.
- Can handle both creative and analytical tasks
- Comfortable with working independently.
- Final year of Polytechnic or 2nd year of University onwards
- 3 months commitment minimum (with the option to extend)
- Enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude
- Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
- A hunger to learn is crucial in working at a start-up!
- Energized by communicating and working cross-functionally with multicultural teams
- For foreign/overseas students*, you must be already holding a valid student pass and is eligible to work in Singapore
* Note:
Gnowbe is currently not open to sponsoring foreign students (not currently residing in Singapore) who wish to be interns physically in Singapore.
Eligible candidates may explore self-applying for a Singapore Holiday Work Holiday Pass which allows eligible students and young graduates to work and holiday in Singapore for 6 months.
