Responsibilities:
We are looking for people who are passionate about learning and the maximization of human potential. We are a values-based organization so alignment with our vision, mission, and values is a must-have. We care just as much about what's on the inside as we do about what's on the outside
Assist the Marketing Team with campaign materials/assets and activations for social media and/or other marketing platforms based on the developed content calendar
Day-to-day social media postings across social media channels
Work closely with the Marketing Team to create and curate content that aligns with marketing goals and objectives
Assists in maintaining project schedules and coordination
Manages creative assets from regional and ensures clear documentation in shared folders
Manages social media assets (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc) on a -day-to-day basis – including curating content, working with designers and community management
Assists in documenting cost estimates and paperwork for influencers, partners and third-party vendors
Participates in client and new business brainstorms, including providing relevant research or analysis to help guide ideation
Requirements:
PLEASE NOTE: Due to Covid-19 crisis, we regret to inform you we are currently not open to the sponsorship/employment pass for foreign talents to work physically in Singapore BUT if you are open to working virtually from your base location and we find you a suitable candidate, we welcome your application for consideration.
Must demonstrate a general understanding of social media channels and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience is a plus.
Must write and speak English fluently.
Must be able to research and analyze audience preferences and stay up-to-date with current trends.
Can handle both creative and analytical tasks
Comfortable working independently.
The final year of Polytechnic or 2nd year of University onwards
Enthusiastic individual with a go-getter attitude
Systematic and meticulous with an eye for detail
A hunger to learn is crucial in working at a start-up!
Energized by communicating and working cross-functionally with multicultural teams
Short-term Internship @ 3 - 6 months commitment minimum 3 months no less
To qualify for conversion to full-time staff will require a minimum of 6 months to 12 months period of Internship/Trainee (Do indicate in your correspondence if you wish to be considered for this role)
