Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Keep records of all conversations in our ops center databases
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative
Job Requirements
Min. Higher Nitec in any service-oriented field
Min. 1-year experience in a customer support role
Familiar with CRM systems and practice
Able to work under pressure, adapt and respond quickly
