Full Time : Administrative Staff
- To follow-up closely with parents, for the prompt payment of fees due / outstanding.
- Monitor, record and report all fees collections and issuance of official receipts.
- Match, prepare and submit monthly schedule for GIRO deductions.
- To receive and answer all enquiries from parents in a professional manner and develop and maintain good relationship with parents and school management.
- Manage the overall administration processes of the Centre including documentation and filing.
- Facilitate the logistics arrangement when required.
- Assist in procurement of stocks and conduct stock-taking and restocking of stationary & supplies.
- Any other duties or projects assigned by the head.

- Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build good rapport with Parents and various Stakeholders
- Enjoy and love the company of young children
