Job Description

You will be part of the diverse APAC Talent Acquisition team in GLG!

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Work closely with recruiters on open positions, develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Support Recruiter on internal and external recruitment related activities including but not limited to job boards, social media, recruitment system to be accurate
  • Source and identify suitable candidates by utilizing proactive recruiting strategies and build talent pipeline
  • Conduct first-round screening for applicants & ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Utilize the recruitment system to generate TA reports, conduct manual recruitment analytics and status reports on demand
  • Involved in TA related projects across APAC
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Able to commit for minimum 3 months
  • Excellent communication, sound time management and organization skills
  • A great team player with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner with great passion, proactive, positive “can-do” attitude and highly responsible
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
