3) Job Description
- Assist Senior designers for site visit, measurement, supervision and rectification works.
- Perform drafting roles, plans, elevations, sections and details
- Preparation of material mood boards, presentation slides and contribute to design discussions
- Materials sourcing and liaison with contractor
- Carry out design drawings and presentation
- Prepare construction drawing development
- Prepare BQ and Tender
- Daily supervision and liaison for ongoing project
- Attend meetings and discussions between client and contractor at site
- Write minutes of meeting
- Organisation of material library
4) Skills Requirement
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS Office
- Committed, responsible, team player, self-motivated and creative
- Passionate and positive working attitude
- Keen to learn, to enhance knowledge and skills
