Job Description
Job Scope:
- Reporting to the Head of Finance, participate in the development and execution of the operational plans to achieve the Company's strategic objectives
- Provide operational support to the Company
- Design and execute SOPs to enhance the efficiency of Finance operational processes
- Check the validity and accuracy of sales transactions from various payment sources
- Verify the accuracy of sales commissions
- Handle transaction clawbacks
- Responsible for refund requests, referral fees, submission of Subscription Agreements and bank charges
- Other adhoc operational and finance tasks that may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in relevant field
- Experience in finance or sales operations-related roles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, especially Excel
- Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous and ability to work independently
- Fresh graduates welcomed
Work Schedule:
Mondays - Fridays, 10am - 7pm
