The candidate should be highly motivated to strive for excellence. Possess an outgoing personality, resourceful and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should also strive not only for entertainment value for the customers but must be able to adapt and react accordingly in unpredictable situations.

Some of the key areas of responsibilities includes:-
1. Generating of Business Leads
2. Proposal Development
3. Contributing of ideas and assisting with the overall planning of the event
4. Have fun liaising with clients and entertainment artistes
5. Budget preparation and Venue sourcing
