Job Description

HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN

The scope of your role will include but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and increase awareness for employee engagement
  • Provide support in recruitment, L&D and engagement activities
  • Exposure to HR workflow processes
  • Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
  • Prepare and design onboarding and training roadmap materials
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 

Ideally, candidate should possess the following:

  • Preferably a background in the fields of Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Communications, Arts & Social Sciences or any equivalent studies
  • Candidate is able to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Possesses clear and professional communication skills
  • An eye for accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Ability to be creative in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines and cope with fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to quick learning in new applications and IT savvy will be a plus

*Interns will be attached to participating host insurance companies and not GIA. Host company and more detailed JDs will be disclosed to you once shortlisted
